I ordered a very expensive winch from them and have been waiting 2 months for it. They will not answer my emails. Very poor customer service. Of course they charged my credit card the same day I ordered.
Ordered an Arb awning online, went with the smaller size because it was in stock. A week later, crickets, absolutely no communication regarding delivery. Emailed customer service, no response. Called 1-800 number, transferred 3 times and hung up on me. Called local Calgary store (30+ times!) their number is out of service. Called the Edmonton store, can't help me because my order is through Calgary store. Guess I'm driving down there in person to raise hell...what a waste of time.

I made 2 purchases that ended up getting canceled because it was taking forever to actually ship. First off - they don't keep stock of most items, so they usually order from the supplier and then ship to the customer, which is not a bad thing but they shouldn't be charging you until the order ships. My first order was for some suspension parts, I made the order in October 2020 and was promptly charged. The initial email of confirmation said 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I tried to contact them, but no answer via email or the contact us page. I kept emailing and calling them and finally 6 weeks after the purchase they answered and said that my parts were on back order until January 2021 - I get it things can go out of stock, but why didn't they try to contact me before this to let me know? January came and went and I had to go through many more calls and emails, just to check on my order. I gave up and contacted their supplier to find out what is going on and they said that they have had plenty of stock for this item, but they were not doing business with 4WP because they were not paying their bills (keep in mind, I already paid them 5 months ago in full). By mid-february a manager called me up and said that they will have to cancel the order because that part is no longer available (which is a lie, because it is still for sale on many other sites, even today) so I called him out on that and threatened a poor review, which made him try to give me a gift card for a decent amount for all the problems and that I will leave a good review showing that they took care of me. I was planning on doing that - letting people know that I did encounter a problem, but it was eventually resolved and they compensated me for the trouble, but when I went to buy tires on their site I got the same result. Tires that are in stock at the place they buy them from took more than a month for them to get back to me and say it would be just a few more weeks. I just canceled the order. I would not ever shop here, even if they were giving things away for free (which the tires were only $12 for both including shipping, after the generous gift card).
Stay away.
Add me to the list of disgruntled customers. I ordered the Lange Hoist a Cart on April 1st. Today is June 1st and still no shipment. However, 4WPs had no issue taking my money on 4/1. I wish I was exaggerating, but this company has provided the worst customer experience of my life. I’ve called multiple times and have been on hold for over 10 hours total. If I am lucky, someone will answer within an hour and immediately transfer me to “support” where I am put on another hold. I am now filing a criminal complaint against them. This is fraud at its finest.
I want to clarify that this is only a review of the eCommerce side of the business. The Brick and Mortar stores are usually pretty good.

After ordering products one comes back as out of stock, which I got, and one back ordered, which I did not as of writing this review. I have spent over 4 and a half hours on the phone with them to only be told "too bad, there is nothing we can or will do" and I have yet to receive the item nor will they cancel that item and refund my money. Here I sit waiting with no other recourse other than to post these reviews. Do not buy from these people. I am a one and done with them!

This is the worst place to do business! Online my order says processing for the past month! I just sat on the phone for an hour and 45 mins to be told that oh you order is coming from another company and will be shipped approximately 3 weeks from now! And no refund! DO ORDER FROM HERE!
I used to like this store but after having quality issues with some parts I found out they don't stand behind their products. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 6 months and just keep getting ignored. They are super helpful when you are spending money but not so much if you have any problems. With the ease of getting parts online, there is no need to order from 4 Wheel Parts. And there are several other shops in town that actually care about customer service and deserve your business. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.

After going to the 4wp of sh-t web site and ordered my tires they had no problem charging me for and payed extra for 3 to 5 day shipping on the fifth day still no tires and rude customer service with not explication as to when I would have my tires or if I was even go to get them never again I will pay more just to go somewhere else next time!!!
I have been waiting on my order for a month and cannot get a clear response of why its taken so long. I will NEVER order from them again! It's awful that they are in business!
Horrible company. Do not order from here! Only received half my order. In the box was half the order and the pick ticket which showed them only sending half the order. Had to wait on hold for 45 minutes for them to try and figure out what went wrong. After 45 minutes of waiting they now tell me that the parts that were "in stock" a week ago when I ordered them have mysteriously become not in stock and there is a 9-12 weeks wait time. Awesome. Wish you would have told me this a week ago when I ordered, I would have just bought them on amazon.
Their supply and inventory system sucks. That is what went wrong.
Miss leading information on quantity sold in. Displaying two suspension parts in the photos and using words like “each” etc but not saying sold separately. The sales representative was a complete jerk when I was kind and direct to the point. Just a bad experience all around.
I live 20 miles from them and ordered online. The website stated that the item was going to be drop shipped by the manufacture. No worries (I thought) and I would receive it in 7 days. It shows that is shipped from them 20 miles away. Two weeks later, I still do not have my order. Neither the online customer service, the store or USPS can tell me where my package is. This is terrible customer service. I have emailed and called them and no response. Very disappointed!

Grabage and scam. They stock nothing and have no idea what is actually avaialble when you purchase. Its a crap shoot at best and if the parts are not in stock at the actual manufacturer best of luck ever getting it
